Calorie Shifting Menu - Get Free One Day Menu

There is much written about calorie shifting diet, but it seems almost impossible to find any menu. Well, from a typical day in the diet with reduced calorie diet.
Remember that the power of this scheme is that calorie shifting and this is not done for the day you need to get one weeks on the idea altogether. But to show that such a regime, not starve, here we go.
The basis of this scheme is that you eat over 1,700 calories per day.
Breakfast (08.00 am):
Rye pudding with low fat milk. 1 pear.
85 grams of rye. 140 grams of pear.
Lunch (11.00 am):
Pasta-salad and low fat milk.
80 grams pasta. 80 g tomato. 60 grams of green peppers. 20 grams of onion. 50 grams corn 50 grams of green peas. 3 deciliter of low fat milk. Use vinegar and herbal-salt for taste.
Snack (02.00 pm):
Cottage-Cheese with jam.
200 grams of cottage cheese. 20 grams of jam.
Dinner (06.00 pm):
Rice with tuna and vegetable sauce.
50 grams of parboiled rice. 150 grams of tuna. 50 grams of yellow pepper. 50 grams of onion. 100 grams of crushed tomato (canned). 40 grams of green peas.
Evening-snack (10.00 pm):
3,5 deciliter youghurt (low fat and natural)
